Snooker Information for Galway City & County
Galway League 2011/2012
Format:
- For the 2011/2012 season, we will run 1 league in Galway.
- Each player to play every other player once.
- Players can use their own table or a club table.
- Roughly a 50/50 split between home and away matches.
- Be prepared to travel up to 30 miles for a match.
- If you complete all your matches, and do not qualify for the plate or better, you will be entered in a draw to win money!
Finals:
- The top 4 players will qualify for the semi-finals
- The next 4 will qualify for the plate semi-finals
Match Details:
- €20 entry fee
- €5 per player per match to the prize fund
- It is up to the HOME player to arrange/pay for lights...if 2 players are using same home venue - then they split the lights.
- It is up to the HOME player to ensure table is clean and ironed
- All matches best of 5
