Snooker Information for Galway City & County

I am a 15yr old beginner, and I am looking for snooker coaching in Galway city or west of Galway. Are there any coaches who give private lessons?

What can club teams from Galway and any other county do with poor decision making from the Connaught Snooker Association, for instance how Tuam's whole season was impacted by allowing the All Ireland qualifiers to go ahead in such dangerous weather conditions. Every other sporting event in the country was cancelled that weekend. Do you think fair play is gone from this great competition or can we safe guard against people (officials) making decisions against clubs giving their county's teams an unfair advantage .
I would be very interested to what Galway snooker players or any players that visit this website would have to say.
